During the live stream for Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 2 today– where it was announced that the TV anime would premiere in Japan on July 8 and be split-cour – the character settings for some of the major players in the upcoming season were released, alongside who will voice them!
Some of the characters, like Petra, are people we met in the first season, though in a different situation... but others, like Echidna, are all new and will affect the story in mysterious ways!
Kouhei Amasaki will be voicing Otto
Marika Kouno will be voicing Petra
Kaori Nazuka will be voicing Frederica
Nobuhiko Okamoto will be voicing Garfield
Aimi Tanaka will be voicing Lewes
Maaya Sakamoto will be voicing Echidna
A new trailer for the upcoming season was previously released, as was a synopsis for the upcoming second season of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-.
The first season of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, as well as the directors cut and the two OVA's, is currently streaming on Crunchyroll.
