Thwarted!!

Had plans for a nice sandwich dinner as the sun set.It is an off day for me, Bernie was free from early evening onwards, and this morning dawned magnificant; it was sunny, haze-free, breezy and looked ultimately promising. But because I worked the late shift, I went back to bed in anticipation of a little evening sun and colour.Argh! Dammit, it's raining now!
