Created by KLRU TV and broadcast on PBS for 43 years, Austin City Limits is now the longest running music program in American Television history. The show is the recipient of a rare institutional Peabody Award, has been designated as an official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Landmark and is the only TV series to ever be awarded the National Medal of Arts.
